Office and Holiday Hours

Monday-Thursday, 8:30 A.M.-5:00 P.M.

The Office is closed for visitors on Fridays. Emails and Phones will still be answered unless it falls on a holiday. Email and Registration forms and invoices will be processed and answered when the office is closed, by Alyse. Weekends and Holidays may have a slower response time as we spend time with our families. We have a Fire In Texas Training for administrators the week of May 15-25, 2026.   All registration forms for start date of May 15, 2026 will have to be in by May 13, 2026. Any registration forms received after May 13, 2026 will have a start date of June 1, 2026. Office will be closed and emails will be answered when we are able to do so during this week.

Tours of our facility are available by appointment only.
Emails and registration forms will be processed, and invoices will be sent out on Monday unless it is a holiday, then it will be Tuesday.
